Hello Everyone,
You may (or may not) noticed that I haven’t been blogging here for a while. I have been totally off the rails, but I am now back on track and to signify this new start I have a tumblr to track my weight loss countdown until I move to Australia.
I will be deleting this one in a few days, and I would be really chuffed if some of you could follow me over to my new blog…
…especially when you kick a 3lb dumb bell with barefeet!
Hello broken/badly swollen toe!
I forgot to mention yesterday that when I logged my weight on the Weight Watchers site it told me that I had lost 5% of my weight :)
Sorry for the lack of posts!
I have been moving for the last week and I only managed to properly get back online yesterday and I have had bills and boring things to sort out.
Although I wasnt able to get to the gym last week I still had a really good loss which I am putting down to all the manual labour (think moving wardrobes up 3 floors!) and losing my appetite due to house move stress….
Last week - 153.5lbs
This week - 152lbs.
Only 2 pounds to go and I can get my new handbag :) I am off to a conference in Cardiff at the start of September and I would love to take it with me.
Get ready for it….

Yes!!!I have broken the 0.5lb plateau! And its my TOTM….oh yeah!
I got slightly confused in the half pound fiasco months and realised that I was telling you the last couple of weeks that I was 0.5lb higher than I was, so I will go back and alter that in on my stats page.
Most importantly I am now under 11 stone which I haven’t been for over a year and I have lost 7 pounds in total. I love the coincidence that this was my heartbreak, binging 7 pounds that I put on after my break up and I have lost it all on the day that I move out of the flat I moved into when the break up happened. I have hated this flat with all my passion so it feels good to leave that weight gain with it!

Spin was a struggle tonight!
I felt fine before hand - maybe a little hungry - but ok. I started off fine, but when we reached the round the clock sprints and climbs my breathing became really shallow and I felt as though if I didn’t really concentrate on my breathing I would start to hyperventilate. It was really strange as my legs felt fine and the bottom half of my body could have carried on for days. I have never had asthma or breathing troubles before so I can’t put it down to any medical condition.
All I could put it down to was that I started my period (sorry boys!) about 5 minutes before the class and I wonder if my body was just a little out of sorts.

I tried to put a text cut in here for another entertaining lady-time story, but it didn’t work, so I will save you all from the silly story!
